PMC/EPCM Management
Our EPCM TEAM have collectively worked on more than 80 construction Mega-projects in careers spanning four decades.
A proportion of these have been trouble shooting exercises to turn around failing projects where, during project formative stages, integration principles were not applied to provide a sound grounding for delivering Projects, gaining valuable experience.
We recognise and replenish the loss of experience and dissipation of Resources providing a best practice guide and a toolbox of knowledge.
Project Integration
Coordinating and aligning project elements and activities to ensure their smooth execution and successful completion by focusing on integrating project components, managing project initiation, coordinating project teams, and overseeing project execution.
The Pilot Plan format is introduced to deliver the structure and topics for a successful Project Initiation.
Scaleable Consulting
Each Project has different needs and with the PROJECT NAVIGATOR “Cradle to Grave” capabilities, is able to offer a wide range capability which is able to grow to include related Project needs as necessary.
This spectrum of PROJECT NAVIGATOR capabilities offer opportunities for Scaleable Consulting to the Project with niche capabilities for specific areas, through to whole EPCM sections.
Manpower Resources
PROJECT NAVIGATOR Manpower Resources, involves aligning the right people with the right skills and resources at the right time to meet the Project business objectives and maximize operational efficiency.
